Job summary

Ksubi is seeking a Store Manager for its new Bondi Beach store. You will lead from the front, develop and motivate your team, drive strong commercial results, and create a memorable in-store experience that brings the brand to life for customers.

You’ll review performance data, coach staff to improve results, manage workloads and schedules, and ensure visual standards are consistently met while building a high-performing retail team in Australia.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail leadership experience.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop a team.
• Track record of exceeding sales targets and budgets.
• Strong knowledge of retail operations including budgets, rostering, VM and stock management.
• Experience with visual merchandising and store standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage, monitor, and drive sales to nail store targets and maximise profitability.
• Review sales and stock sell-through reports and work with Head Office to improve results.
• Hold yourself and the team accountable for results.
• Mentor and coach your team, address gaps with honesty and empowerment.

We want you to join us on the journey, as we take Ksubi to the next level globally. Ksubi is looking for a Store Manager to lead our brand new, and eighth, store in Bondi Beach. Ksubi has built high-performing retail teams with collaboration, transparency, and an innovative mindset at the heart of everything we do, and we're excited to continue expanding the Ksubi store experience in Australia.

We’re looking for a leader who brings energy to the Ksubi brand and knows what it takes to build a high-performing store. You’ll lead from the front, develop and motivate your team, drive strong commercial results, and create a store experience that brings Ksubi to life for our customers.

What You’ll Do

• Manage, monitor, and drive sales to nail store targets and maximise profitability
• Review sales and stock sell through reports, analyse what has impacted your store results and work closely with our Head Office team
• Hold yourself and each individual accountable for their own results
• Mentor and coach your team to allow them to grow, celebrating their strengths and building awareness and steps to address their gaps through honesty, generosity, and true empowerment
• Manage the team’s workload, workflow, time management and ultimate delivery through strong accountability and goal setting
• Drive the retention, recruitment, and training of all store staff
• Ensure visual directives and standards are maintained

What You’ll Bring

• 3+ years of retail leadership experience
• A genuine love and understanding of our brand
• The ability to confidently lead, motivate and engage your team
• Proven experience and success in coaching and developing teams and individuals
• A proven track record of driving and exceeding sales targets and budgets
• Sound knowledge and proven success in retail operations including budgets, wages, rostering, VM, stock management and shrink
• Strong apparel experience
