Job summary

Ksubi is seeking Mandarin and/or Cantonese-speaking Sales Associates for our brand new Sydney CBD store. You will connect with customers from around the world, deliver a unique in-store experience, and contribute to achieving store targets.

We value energetic, curious, and team-minded individuals who love fashion and the arts. Availability across Monday to Sunday, including late nights and weekends, and full Australian working rights are required.

We want you to join us on the journey, as we take Ksubi to the next level globally. Ksubi is entering an exciting phase of growth and is looking for Mandarin and/or Cantonese-speaking Sales Associates to join our brand new store in Sydney CBD.

We're looking for motivated, curious and mature-minded individuals who bring energy to the Ksubi brand. You'll love connecting with customers from across the globe, working as part of a high-performing team and contributing to the success of our newest store.

What You'll Do

• Build strong relationships with our customers, confidently connecting with them and understanding their needs
• Deliver exceptional customer service and a unique in-store experience
• Drive sales and contribute to achieving individual and store targets
• Work collaboratively as part of the wider store team
• Maintain strong presentation and visual standards across the store
• Bring energy, positivity and a willingness to learn and adapt

What You'll Bring

• Fluency in Mandarin and/or Cantonese, with confidence communicating with customers in-store
• A genuine love and understanding of our brand
• A passion for fashion, music and the arts
• Previous apparel or retail experience is preferred
