Job summary

Ksubi is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for its Bondi Beach store. You will work with the Store Manager to drive sales, lead the team, and ensure exceptional customer experiences while upholding brand standards and store operations.

You will coach and develop staff, support rostering and stock management, and be prepared to step in as store lead in the manager's absence, with a focus on profitability and brand integrity.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail leadership experience.
• A genuine love and understanding of our brand.
• The ability to confidently lead, motivate and engage a team.
• Experience coaching and developing team members.
• A strong sales focus with a track record of achieving targets.
• Sound understanding of retail operations including wages, rostering, VM, stock management and shrink.
• Strong apparel experience.
• Full Australian working rights.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager to drive sales, achieve store targets and maximise profitability.
• Lead the team on the floor, driving performance, customer experience and strong commercial results.
• Support the Store Manager in reviewing sales and stock sell through and identifying opportunities to improve store performance.
• Hold yourself and the team accountable for delivering results.
• Coach and develop team members, celebrating their strengths and supporting them to grow.
• Support the day-to-day operations of the store, including rostering, stock management, VM and workflow.
• Support the recruitment, onboarding and training of store staff.
• Step up to lead the store in the Store Manager’s absence.
• Ensure visual directives and standards are maintained.

We’re looking for a leader who brings energy to the Ksubi brand and knows what it takes to be part of a high-performing store. Working closely with the Store Manager, you’ll lead from the front, develop and motivate the team, drive strong commercial results, and play a key role in the day-to-day success of the store.
