Job summary

Ksubi is seeking a Store Manager to lead our brand new Bondi Beach store. You will drive sales, analyse performance, and collaborate with Head Office to ensure profitable operations. A strong leader will mentor staff, manage rosters, and uphold brand standards.

You will contribute to a dynamic, fashion-forward environment with a focus on customer experience, teamwork, and growth opportunities within a globally recognised brand.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of fashion/apparel retail.
• Full Australian working rights.

Responsibilities

• Manage, monitor, and drive sales to hit store targets and maximise profitability.
• Review sales and stock reports and collaborate with Head Office.

We want you to join us on the journey, as we take Ksubi to the next level globally. Ksubi is looking for a Store Manager to lead our brand new, and eighth, store in Bondi Beach. Ksubi has built high-performing retail teams with collaboration, transparency, and an innovative mindset at the heart of everything we do, and we're excited to continue expanding the Ksubi store experience in Australia.

We're looking for a leader who brings energy to the Ksubi brand and knows what it takes to build a high-performing store. You'll lead from the front, develop and motivate your team, drive strong commercial results, and create a store experience that brings Ksubi to life for our customers.

What You'll Do

• Manage, monitor, and drive sales to nail store targets and maximise profitability
• Review sales and stock sell through reports, analyse what has impacted your store results and work closely with our Head Office team
• Hold yourself and each individual accountable for their own results
• Mentor and coach your team to allow them to grow, celebrating their strengths and building awareness and steps to address their gaps through honesty, generosity, and true empowerment
• Manage the team's workload, workflow, time management and ultimate delivery through strong accountability and goal setting
• Drive the retention, recruitment, and training of all store staff
• Ensure visual directives and standards are maintained

What You'll Bring

• 3+ years of retail leadership experience
• A genuine love and understanding of our brand
• The ability to confidently lead, motivate and engage your team
• Proven experience and success in coaching and developing teams and individuals
• A proven track record of driving and exceeding sales targets and budgets
• Sound knowledge and proven success in retail operations including budgets, wages, rostering, VM, stock management and shrink
• Strong apparel experience
• Full Australian working rights
