Job summary

RATIONALE Skincare is seeking a Store Manager for our Balmain location. You will deliver luxury end-to-end client retail experiences and lead a high-performing store team.

In this role you will drive sales initiatives to meet KPIs, manage rostering and store operations, and provide training and skin consultations. You will perform treatments and guide clients with tailored skincare plans in a premium environment.

Qualifications

• A qualification in beauty, skin, or dermal therapy.
• Experience delivering luxury client service in retail or spa.

• The role: Store Manager


• The roster: Full-Time (38 hours per week), on Tuesday-Saturday


• The location: RATIONALE Balmain


• You will deliver luxury end-to-end client retail experiences


• You will drive the people leadership and development of your store team


• You will lead a positive, high-performing team culture


• You will lead sales initiatives to drive commercial success, meeting store KPIs


• You will deliver sales reporting to your retail leadership team


• You will manage the rostering and smart booking scheduling of your store and its services


• You will oversee and manage store operations and administration tasks


• You will be empowered with an education onboarding program and ongoing training


• You will provide informative skin analysis and tailored skincare product plans to your clients


• You will perform RATIONALE’s world-class luxury facial treatments, with use of non-invasive modalities and massage techniques

ABOUT YOU

• A qualification in beauty, skin, or dermal therapy


• Experience delivering excellent client service in a retail, luxury, spa or clinic environment, in a similar role


• Experience in leading high-performing teams, and supporting individual performance and development goals


• Experience in leading and driving sales results and commercial success


• Experience in implementing operational excellence and administrative processes


• Passion for skincare, building client rapport and relationships, and delivering on client skin goals


• Excellent interpersonal skills, proactive time management and organisational skills


• Openness to ongoing education and team collaboration within a positive team culture
