Job summary

Anaconda is seeking a Store Manager in Grafton, NSW, for a new store opening. You will lead a 30+ person team in a high-volume environment, drive P&L performance, stock control, and visual merchandising while delivering exceptional customer experiences and growth opportunities within the Spotlight Retail Group.

Qualifications

• Store leadership experience within a large-format retailer.
• Ability to lead teams of 30+ members.
• Strong financial acumen, including experience in P&L analysis and forecasting.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• A knack for managing high stock volumes effectively.
• A passion for the outdoors and adventure (bonus!).
• First Aid certification or willingness to complete training.
• Full-time availability, including weekends.
• Full working rights in Australia.
