Job summary

La-Z-Boy in Gosford is seeking a Store Manager to own the store's overall performance. You will lead from the floor with your team to deliver an outstanding customer experience while meeting sales and KPI targets. As this is a new store, you will help establish culture, standards and routines from day one.

You will drive sales, coach staff, and maintain showroom standards while ensuring daily operations run smoothly and safely.

Qualifications

• Previous retail management experience, preferably within furniture, bulky goods or a consultative sales environment.
• Proven ability to lead a sales team and achieve targets.
• Hands-on leadership style – lead from the floor and mentor the team on-site.
