Job summary

La-Z-Boy is seeking an experienced Store Manager for the Windsor store in Brisbane. Lead from the floor with your team to deliver an outstanding customer experience while meeting sales and KPI targets. Foster energy, consistency and accountability, building a confident, motivated team focused on results.

You will drive showroom standards, training, and daily operations, ensuring policies and WHS requirements are met and that performance discussions support ongoing development.

Qualifications

• Previous retail management experience, preferably within furniture, bulky goods or a consultative sales environment
• Proven ability to lead a sales team and achieve targets
• Strong understanding of retail KPIs and how to turn results into action
• Confident coaching, developing and performance-managing team members
• Hands-on leadership style with strong communication and organisational skills
• Customer-focused approach with ability to resolve issues professionally
• Ability to create structure, consistency and accountability within a team
• Positive attitude and a genuine drive to achieve results

You will lead from the floor, working alongside your team to deliver an outstanding customer experience while achieving sales and KPI expectations.
