Goodyear Autocare is looking for a Store Manager who will drive sales and deliver exceptional customer service. You will manage staff, coordinate stock takes, and market the store through displays and community engagement.

The role requires leadership, strong communication, and a passion for tyres. You will work in a dynamic retail environment with ongoing training and promotional events.

Responsabilidades

• Drive sales and deliver high customer service at the store.
• Recommend the right tyre solutions based on customer needs.
• Remove/repair tyres and balance wheels.
• Diagnose tyre wear and damage; pinpoint wheel balance issues.
• Balance wheels and perform puncture repairs to standards.
• Provide a professional customer experience and leadership to the team.

Goodyear Autocare is a unique one-stop shop for all automotive needs. Launched in 2006 the Goodyear Autocare franchise program offers customers localized service and expertise with the backing of an international brand. Goodyear has been operating in Australia since 1915 when it formed a distribution company, based in Sydney, Australia. It quickly expanded as it established a Melbourne office, and soon after had distribution arrangements in Adelaide, Brisbane, Perth, and New Zealand. In 1989, Goodyear began franchising a multi-brand Tyre and automotive services retail shop with a sales focus on Goodyear products.

Store Manager

What would you need to have:

• A professional salesperson with A LOVE for customer service
• People management, coaching and development
• Effective inventory control and stock take experience (conducted monthly)
• The desire to achieve over and above-pre-set goals and K.P.I’s
• Thehungerto grow the sales and reap the rewards
• The ability to market and cold call in your community
• Bring new ideas forward with displays, promotions and events at your store

Tasks & responsibilities:

• Driving sales and customer service
• Understand various brands and recommend the right tire as per the customer's needs
• Removing and replacing tyres
• Diagnosing tire damage & wear
• Diagnosing wheel balance problems and balancing wheels
• Performing puncture repairs conforming torelevant standards
• Providing a high standard of customer service in a professionally presented environment.
