Job summary

EZU carrental in Melbourne Airport is seeking a responsible Full-Time Store Manager to oversee daily branch operations, lead a small team, and ensure smooth fleet management and customer service.

You will coordinate vehicle check-ins/outs, handle inquiries, and support airport transfers while maintaining a fast-paced, friendly work environment. Mandarin is valued. Weekend and public holiday availability is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in car rental, automotive, hospitality, tourism, retail or customer service management preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Mandarin speaking ability highly regarded.
• Valid Australian Full Driver Licence.
• Good computer skills and ability to learn rental management systems.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Available to work weekends and public holidays when required.
