Job summary

La‑Z‑Boy Gosford is seeking an experienced Store Manager to own the overall performance of the Gosford store and lead from the floor, delivering an outstanding customer experience while achieving sales and KPI targets. You will help establish culture, standards and routines from day one.

You will coach the sales team, drive sales performance, maintain showroom standards and manage daily operations to support a successful store from the ground up.

Qualifications

• Previous retail management experience, preferably within furniture, bulky goods or a consultative sales environment.
• Proven ability to lead a sales team and achieve targets.
• Strong understanding of retail KPIs and how to turn results into action.
• Hands-on leadership style; not managing from a desk.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Customer-focused approach with the ability to resolve issues professionally.
