Job summary

PetO in Brisbane is seeking an experienced Retail Store Manager to lead our store team, drive sales, and deliver outstanding customer service. You will own KPI targets, manage stock, and foster a lively, pet-loving culture.

The role offers an above‑market base salary with incentives, generous staff discounts, and a 5‑day week with two consecutive days off; one weekend day required. Birthday off is included.

• Experience leading a retail team with strong customer service orientation.
• Track record of meeting/exceeding sales and KPI targets.
• Ability to manage stock, layout, and store operations.

$72,000 – $85,000 per year + super + incentives
