PetO, Australia’s largest independent pet retailer, is recruiting for our Eastgardens Store in Sydney. You’ll interact with animal-loving customers, share pet care advice, and provide fun, friendly service in a dog-friendly, welcoming space.

We partner with local rescues and shelters and celebrate a culture of support, community events, and daily dog cuddles. If you love pets and people, join our vibrant team and help drive store success.

This is an exciting time to join us on our journey! PetO is looking for motivated and enthusiastic individuals to help drive the success of our stores. This is a customer-focused role for people who truly love engaging with pet parents, talking about pets all day, and going above and beyond to help.

We are proudly adoption first. You won’t see live animals for sale in our stores. Instead, you’ll partner with local rescues and shelters, and support community events.

And the best part? Our customers. Pet parents are genuinely some of the most passionate people you’ll meet. You’ll spend your day greeting, chatting about pets, seeing (and cuddling) dogs, and occasionally meeting some delightfully quirky pets too — because our stores are pet friendly.
