Job summary

PetO, Australia’s largest independent pet retailer, is seeking motivated Retail Assistants for our dog and cat stores. You’ll greet customers, talk about pets, and help shoppers in a fast-paced, pet-friendly environment.

You should love animals, have retail or customer service experience, and be able to work weekends. Enjoy staff discounts, birthday gifts, team events and real career progression in a positive, energetic culture with daily dog cuddles.

PetO, Australia’s largest independent pet retailer, is looking for motivated and enthusiastic individuals to help drive the success of our stores. This is a customer-focused role for people who truly love engaging with pet parents, talking about pets all day, and going above and beyond to help.

Partner with local rescues and shelters, and support community events, and the best part - our customers! Pet parents are genuinely some of the most passionate people you’ll meet. You’ll spend your day greeting, chatting about pets, seeing (and cuddling) dogs, and occasionally meeting some delightfully quirky pets too — because our stores are pet friendly.
