PetO, Australia's largest independent dog and cat store, is hiring an Assistant Store Manager for Mona Vale. You will lead a small team, deliver exceptional customer service, coordinate adoption days with local shelters, and drive strong store performance in a fun, pet-friendly environment.

Since our founding in 2007, our 17 PetO Stores have grown into a household name in NSW. With the recent addition of 41 new stores and 22 vet clinics and grooming salons to our network, we’re continuing to expand our paws across Australia.

And the best part? Our customers. Pet parents are genuinely some of the most passionate people you’ll meet. You’ll spend your day greeting pet owners, chatting about pets, seeing (and cuddling) dogs, and occasionally meet some delightfully quirky pets too — because our stores are pet friendly.

We are proudly adoption first. You won’t see live animals for sale in our stores. Instead, you’ll partner with local rescues and shelters, support community adoption events, and help pets find their forever homes.
