Job summary

The Greg Chappell Cricket Centre in Canberra is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our team and drive store performance. You will oversee daily operations, mentor a small team, maintain merchandising, manage stock, and support online order fulfillment.

Strong customer-facing skills and prior management experience are highly regarded, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail processes. Weekend roster will be part of the rotating schedule.

The Greg Chappell Cricket Centre currently has an exciting full-time opening for an experienced Store Manager to lead our Canberra team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an exceptional Manager/Salesperson to be part of Australia's Premier Cricket Retailer. Managing our Canberra store, the successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the store, driving the store to achieve business goals and targets.

About the role:

Coach, lead and set the example for a small team

Foster relationships with local community sporting associations

Maintain instore visual merchandising.

Stock control including assisting with stocktakes and internals transfers.

Assist our website team with fulfilling online orders.

Administrative duties such as rostering, sales reporting and banking

About you:

Have a genuine interest in cricket or sport in general.

Previous experience in a customer facing role demonstrating exceptional interpersonal skills.

Previous management experience will be highly regarded.

Experience with Microsoft products
