Job summary

The Greg Chappell Cricket Centre in Canberra is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our team and drive store performance. You will oversee daily operations, mentor a small team, maintain merchandising, manage stock, and support online order fulfillment.

Strong customer-facing skills and prior management experience are highly regarded, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail processes. Weekend roster will be part of the rotating schedule.

Qualifications

• Have a genuine interest in cricket or sport.
• Previous customer-facing role with strong interpersonal skills.
• Previous management experience will be highly regarded.
• Experience with Microsoft products

Responsibilities

• Coach, lead and set the example for a small team.
• Foster relationships with local community sporting associations.
• Maintain instore visual merchandising.
• Stock control including assisting with stocktakes and internal transfers.
• Assist our website team with fulfilling online orders.
• Administrative duties such as rostering, sales reporting and banking
