We’re looking for an experienced, customer-focused retail person who is motivated by delivering exceptional results, outstanding service, and strong in sales.

You will bring:

A proven track record in retail sales and customer service excellence.

Experience working in a retail store environment, high-volume retail environment, or premium shopping centre.

A genuine passion for AFL and an understanding of the importance of the game to our customers.

A strong interest in merchandise, with excitement about helping customers find the perfect purchase.

Demonstrated ability to create exceptional customer experiences that drive loyalty and repeat business.

Demonstrated ability to drive shopper conversion by engaging with the customers, ability to recommend products that enhance their shopping experience.

Confidence in multi-serving customers while maintaining a high level of service.

The ability to create an engaging, memorable, and welcoming in-store experience.
