Forever New Clothing in Canberra is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead a vibrant team and drive sales in our fashion-forward store. As a strong, inspirational leader you will motivate staff and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Reporting to the Store Manager, you will manage rosters, merchandise presentation, and daily operations while supporting staff development and performance goals in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• You have retail store management experience.
• A proven ability to achieve sales, wages, and targets.
• A passion for coaching and leading teams.
• Exposure to performance management.
• Strong and engaging communicator with a focus on customer service.
• Ability to execute effective roster management.
• Previous visual merchandising ability.
• Open to late night trading, public holidays and weekends when required.
• Understand fashion and trends.
