Our dynamic team of 1,500+ professionals work across 40 unique retail and Food & Beverage concepts – and now, we want YOU to join our team!
The Role:
Icons is a fast-paced food and retail venue at Cairns Airport, offering travellers and our team, the best of both worlds. The venue combines a locally inspired food menu with crafted hot and cold beverages, refreshing non-alcoholic options and a range of local brews. Alongside this is an extensive retail offer, creating a unique mix of food, beverage and convenience for travellers on the move.
We’re looking for an energetic, commercially minded and hands-on Full-Time Store Manager who can take ownership of the store, lead from the front and build a high-performing team.
You’ll be responsible for the overall performance of the store, driving sales, delivering a great customer experience and maintaining strong operational, financial and people standards.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Store Manager looking to broaden their scope and skill set, with the autonomy to lead across a unique multi-style food and retail operation. Equally, it’s an exciting next step for an ambitious Assistant Store Manager who is ready to take on greater ownership, develop their leadership capability and progress into their first Store Manager role.
While we’re looking for someone who meets the majority of the skills and experience outlined, we also recognise that great leaders come from a range of backgrounds. This role requires someone who is confident operating with a high level of autonomy in a remote airport environment, so if you believe you have the experience, capability and qualifications to succeed in the role, we strongly encourage you to apply.
At LagardèreAWPL, we value diversity, inclusivity, and a collaborative work environment, where you will have the opportunity to work alongside a talented team of people who share your passion for creativity and excellence.
