Lagardère AWPL is recruiting a Full-Time Store Manager for Brisbane Airport. You’ll lead from the front, drive sales and deliver outstanding customer experiences while developing a high-performing team.

We’re looking for an energetic and committed Full-Time Store Manager to join our team at Brisbane Airport. If you love leading from the front, creating outstanding customer experiences, and developing high-performing teams – this is your runway to success.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in a similar leadership role in a high-energy retail environment
• Strong communication and coaching abilities
• Confidence to take initiative and own your role
• A “hands-on” leader who thrives in a team setting
• Flexibility to work across rotating shifts (mornings, evenings, weekends & public holidays)
• Valid working rights & eligibility to obtain an Aviation Security ID Card
