LagardèreAWPL is seeking a Supervisory leader for a Brisbane Airport location. This full-time role focuses on delivering exceptional customer experiences, guiding a team, and maintaining premium store presentation in a fast-paced airport environment.

We’re looking for a committed and enthusiastic Supervisor to join our retail family at Brisbane Airport in a Full-Time capacity. If you love connecting with people, creating memorable customer experiences, and inspiring others – this is your moment.

• Mon/Tues - Night availability
• Thurs/Fri/Sat/Sun - Full availability

What You’ll Do

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in a team leadership role within a fast-paced retail or hospitality setting

• Ability to stay organised, focused, and cool under pressure
• A respectful and team-oriented attitude
• Flexible availability (early mornings, nights, weekends & holidays)
• Valid working rights & ability to obtain an Aviation Security ID Card
