Job summary

Wallaby Storage is seeking a mature, experienced, sales-focused Manager to grow our Moorabbin and Abbotsford facilities through proactive sales leadership, business development, operational management and exceptional customer service.

The role offers a base salary of $115,000 (including super and car/fuel), overtime, and sales incentives up to 10% based on KPIs. You will lead sales activities, manage customer relationships, and drive occupancy and revenue targets.

Qualifications

• Sales leadership and experience driving occupancy and revenue growth.
• Strong customer service focus and relationship management.
• Proven ability to develop and nurture a sales pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Receive and promptly attend to all inbound sales enquiries
• Convert enquiries into storage contracts and maximise occupancy rates
• Maintain a structured sales pipeline and follow-up process
• Contact individuals and businesses identified as key target market
• Generate new business through outbound calling, networking and direct visits
• Achieve monthly and annual sales and revenue targets
• Attend facility tours for new sales enquiries (weekends by pre-appointment)
• Supervise and coach three existing customer support staff
• Monitor facilities management and office/admin tasks (maintenance walks, cleaning, repairs, collecting money, updating sales software)
• Ensure all business activities maintain the brand's premium standard
• Work Mon-Fri 0730-1600 between Moorabbin and Abbotsford facilities
• Remotely attend to new phone sales enquiries Mon-Fri 1600-1830 and Sat 0800-1700
