Job summary

Spotlight Retail Group is seeking a hands-on supervisor to manage stock intake, replenish shelves, and support visual merchandising across our Australasia stores. You will lead a small team, coordinate daily stock activities, and uphold OHS standards while delivering excellent customer service.

Ideal candidates bring experience in high-volume stock receiving, back dock supervision, and a proactive, communicative approach.

Qualifications

• Experience with high-volume stock receiving.
• Experience supervising a small team on the back dock.
• Hardworking and motivated.
• Excellent multitasking ability with clear communication.
• Ability to pre-plan and build strong goals.
• Takes initiative to drive results.
• Strong time management, delegation, and follow-up skills.
• Must have the ability to lift over 15kg, bend, use ladders, with no restrictions.
• Must be able to work minimum of 30 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Receive and replenish the stock in the store promptly
