Job summary

Spotlight Group is seeking a motivated store associate to manage stock deliveries and assist with merchandising across Australasia’s largest chain of craft, fabric and home interior stores. You will ensure stock is correctly received, stored and replenished to drive sales while supporting a fast-paced, physical retail environment.

Ideal candidates have previous retail or customer service experience, strong communication and teamwork skills, and the flexibility to work day and night shifts across

Responsibilities

• Processing in and outbound stock deliveries.
• Assisting the store with merchandising and recovery standards.
• Getting the stock in the right place at the right time to ensure strong sales.
• Learning quickly and adapting to our extensive product range.
• Working both independently and as part of a team.
• Contributing to sales by helping your store meet its stock processing timelines.
• Helping team members on the floor when required.
