Spotlight Retail Group (SRG) is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support daily operations in our Adelaide store. You will drive sales, lead a team, and ensure stock accuracy while maintaining exceptional customer service.

This role emphasizes merchandising, KPIs, and a proactive, ownership mindset. Ideal candidates bring strong leadership, time management, and communication skills, plus IT competency and the willingness to complete First Aid training.

Qualifications

• Strong retail leadership experience preferred.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Visual merchandising experience required.
• Physically capable to handle large stock volumes.
• Owner's mindset for department ownership.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• IT competency and basic first aid training or willingness to be trained.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in daily operations.

• Monitor daily stock recovery in your department
• Achieve sales growth and meet department KPI targets
