Job summary

Tynan Motors in Miranda, NSW, seeks an organised Stock Controller / Delivery Coordinator for its Mercedes-Benz dealership. You will manage vehicle inventory, purchase stock within budget, and coordinate end-to-end deliveries to ensure smooth handovers.

This permanent full-time role runs Monday to Friday and offers a stable work environment with a focus on quality checks and customer service.

Qualifications

• Strong administration skills with high attention to detail.
• Data entry/administration experience preferred.
• Mercedes-Benz experience preferred but not essential.
• Experience with ERA Net/ERA Power systems is valued.
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems.
• Current NSW Driver's Licence.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory and vehicle stock levels and records.
• Purchase stock within approved budgets.
• Data entry and preparing inventory/stock reports.
• Conduct regular stocktakes.
• Process invoices and stock-related paperwork.
• Coordinate vehicle orders and deliveries with managers.
• Schedule deliveries and update customers on dates.
• Arrange quality checks on all vehicles prior to delivery.
