Job summary

Crusher and Screen Hire on the Gold Coast is seeking a dedicated Parts & Inventory Coordinator to manage internal parts, materials, and consumables, connecting suppliers with on-site contracting teams to keep jobs moving. You will unload deliveries, verify goods against packing slips, and scan parts into MYOB Inventory, while overseeing stock for multiple projects and coordinating with local suppliers.

Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse, parts store or trade environment.
• Experience with MYOB Advanced/Inventory or similar ERP systems like Xero or ERP software is highly regarded.
• Accurate scanning and inventory counting to keep system records correct.
• Valid Australian Driver's Licence for local supplier pickups.
• Friendly, professional attitude and strong communication with internal team and external suppliers.
• Ability to lift/move items up to 20 kg.
• Able to stand, walk and work in a warehouse for extended periods.
• Forklift Licence (LF) desirable but not mandatory if you have strong manual handling experience.

Responsibilities

• Unload deliveries, check goods against packing slips, and scan parts into MYOB Inventory.
• Pick, scan out, and securely package parts for customer or commercial orders.
• Manage stock for the internal contracting team and track consumables for projects.
• Liaise with local suppliers around the Gold Coast to pick up, restock and organise parts.
• Keep the warehouse clean, safe, organized, and maintain accurate stock takes.
• Monitor minimum stock levels and assist with reordering and coordinating deliveries.

Job description

As the primary Parts & Inventory Coordinator, you will become the central point of contact for all internal parts, materials, and consumables. You will bridge the gap between external suppliers and on-site contracting teams, ensuring tradespeople always have what they need to get the job done.

Key responsibilities

• Unloading deliveries, checking goods against packing slips, and accurately scanning parts into the MYOB Inventory system
• Picking, scanning out, and securely packaging parts when customer or commercial orders come in
• Managing stock for internal contracting team—scanning parts out to specific project jobs and tracking consumable levels
• Liaising with various local suppliers around the Gold Coast to pick up, restock, and organise parts
• Keeping the warehouse clean, safe, organized, and ensuring stocktake counts are accurate
• Monitoring minimum stock levels and assisting with reordering to prevent shortages and coordinating deliveries with suppliers

About you

• Prior experience working in a warehouse, parts store, or trade environment
• Comfort using computer software; direct experience with MYOB Advanced/Inventory or similar systems like Xero or ERP software is highly regarded
• Precision when scanning items in and out to ensure system counts remain accurate
• Valid Australian Driver's Licence essential for local supplier pickups
• Friendly, professional attitude and great communication skills as the main point of contact for internal team and external suppliers
• Ability to safely lift and move items up to 20kg
• Ability to spend extended periods standing, walking, and working within a warehouse environment
• Forklift Licence (LF) highly desirable, though not strictly required if you have strong manual handling experience
