Job summary

STERIS Australia seeks a dynamic Territory Manager in Brisbane to drive sales for the Sterile Processing portfolio. You will plan, organize and implement sales programs to achieve budgets, while expanding the customer base across Queensland and achieving revenue goals.

You will report to the National Sales Manager and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customer solutions, develop business plans, and provide market feedback for portfolio growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in medical device sales.
• Field sales experience in B2B is beneficial.
• Demonstrates a fiscally responsible approach to running territory or region.
• Excellent interpersonal written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct the day-to-day field sales responsibilities for the full product portfolio within the Queensland territory.
• Generate new accounts through high sales activity and customer engagement.
• Grow revenue with existing accounts via ongoing support, education, demonstrations and consultations.
• Maintain and manage key accounts and target customers to meet sales objectives.
• Maintain accurate records of customers, accounts and sales pipeline in the CRM.
• Develop a Territory Business Plan with the National Sales Manager and report on time.
