Job summary

Fairhills High School in Melbourne\'s outer eastern suburbs is seeking experienced educators for Leading Teacher roles. You will lead teaching practice, coordinate curriculum delivery across Years 7–12, and drive whole-school improvement aligned with the school\'s strategic plan.

You will mentor staff, oversee professional development, manage assessment and reporting, and collaborate with students, parents and the broader school community to raise outcomes and wellbeing.
