Keysborough Secondary College in Victoria seeks a classroom teacher to deliver engaging learning programs across years 7–12. You will plan and assess literacy and numeracy, use data to inform instruction, and collaborate with teams to support student growth.

The role emphasises professional learning, adherence to school values, and engagement with families and the wider school community within a dynamic, multi-campus setting.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated knowledge of the relevant curriculum, including literacy and numeracy.
• Experience planning for high-impact teaching strategies and evaluating learning growth.
• Ability to monitor and assess student learning and use data to inform practice.
• Strong communication and collaboration with students, parents, colleagues and the school community.
• Aligning practice with Department values and committing to ongoing professional learning.

Responsabilités

• Direct teaching of groups of students and individual students.
• Contributing to curriculum development, implementation and evaluation within the school.
• Undertaking other classroom teaching related and organisational duties as directed by the principal.
• Participating in parent/teacher meetings, staff meetings, camps and excursions.
• Undertaking other non-teaching supervisory duties as required.
