The Department for Educations EALD and Aboriginal Languages Unit is seeking a Project Officer, Aboriginal Languages to work with Aboriginal communities across the state to develop language resources and localised school programs.

You will partner with Aboriginal organisations and ACCCOs to support the development and implementation of Aboriginal languages curricula and provide state-wide advice on a range of projects. Full-time, 3-year term.

Qualifications

• Essential: a tertiary qualification in education and current full teacher registration.

Responsabilités

• Lead collaboration with Aboriginal organisations and communities to increase availability and quality of Aboriginal languages programs across the state.
• Provide state-wide high-quality advice and support across Aboriginal languages projects.
• Collaborate with ACCCOs to develop locally relevant language resources and curricula.
