Job summary

The STL3 Project Officer, Aboriginal Languages, in Hindmarsh, SA, works with Aboriginal communities and schools to expand and improve language programs across the state.

You'll partner with Aboriginal organisations and ACCOs to develop curriculum and resources, provide high-quality advice on a range of projects, and support locally relevant language and culture initiatives within public schools.

Qualifications

• Essential: A tertiary qualification in education and current full teacher registration.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Aboriginal organisations and communities to increase the availability and quality of Aboriginal languages programs across the state.
• Provide state-wide high-quality advice and support across a range of projects.
• Collaborate with Aboriginal Community Controlled Organisations (ACCOs) to develop locally relevant language and culture resources.
