Job summary

University of the Sunshine Coast is seeking a strategic, delivery-focused leader to oversee a statewide business short courses project across multiple locations. You will lead a multidisciplinary team, oversee course delivery, educational technologies, and operational excellence, while building strong partnerships with government, industry and university stakeholders.

Qualifications

Experience delivering blended or HyFlex learning programs across multiple locations.
Strong governance, risk management and operational improvement skills.
Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and engage government, industry and university stakeholders.
Experience using educational technologies and LMS to support outcomes.
Outstanding written and verbal communication, with high-level reporting experience.
Financial and workforce management including budgeting.
Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery, performance and continuous improvement of a statewide business short courses project.
Build and guide a high-performing team across cohorts and locations.
Develop partnerships with government, industry and university stakeholders with governance and risk reporting.
Manage budgets, systems and performance frameworks using data to drive innovation and sustainability.
