Job summary

UniSC Sunshine Coast, located at the School of Business and Creative Industries, is seeking a Project Coordinator to support a four-year Queensland Government-funded program. The role coordinates participant-facing operations for multiple courses and cohorts, collaborating with staff, facilitators and stakeholders to ensure accessible, high-quality learning experiences.

You will oversee learning systems, communications and evaluation activities, using data to identify improvement opportunities

Qualifications

• Degree in a relevant field with demonstrated project coordination experience.
• Experience coordinating micro-credentials, short courses or educational programs in tertiary environments.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills, including with academic, industry and government groups.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate planning, implementation and delivery of micro-credential courses and cohorts.
• Collaborate with academic staff, facilitators, government and industry to support course delivery and outcomes.
• Oversee learning systems, communications, resources and evaluation activities using data to drive improvement.
