Job summary

UniSC is seeking an experienced leader to oversee a statewide business short courses project, delivering high-quality learning at scale across multiple locations.

You will lead governance, operational improvement, and a multidisciplinary team to ensure programs meet university and government requirements, while building partnerships with government, industry and academia. A strong track record in strategic advisory, reporting and budgeting is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering high-quality blended or HyFlex learning programs across multiple locations and cohorts.
• Strong expertise in project governance, risk management and operational improvement.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and build productive relationships with academic, industry and government stakeholders.
• Experience using educational technologies and learning management systems to support engaging learning outcomes.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including experience preparing high-level reports and project documentation.
• Financial and workforce management capability, including budget oversight and resource planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery, performance and continuous improvement of a statewide business short courses project.
• Build and lead a high-performing team overseeing course delivery, educational technologies, resource planning and operational excellence across cohorts and locations.
• Develop strong partnerships with government, industry and university stakeholders, providing governance, reporting and risk management to support program success.
• Manage budgets, systems and performance frameworks, using data and stakeholder insights to drive innovation, accountability and long-term sustainability.
