Job summary

Glenvill Pty Ltd is seeking a State Workflow Manager to join our Queensland office for a 12-month fixed-term period. You will oversee and improve operational workflows across the Queensland business, driving efficiency and standardising processes from sales acceptance to construction handover.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and continuously improve operational workflows across the Queensland business.
• Identify process inefficiencies, bottlenecks and risks, and drive workflow optimisation initiatives.
• Standardise processes and ensure workflow adherence across operational teams.
• Monitor workflow performance, operational KPIs and key project milestones.
• Collaborate with leaders across Sales, Drafting, Estimating, Permits, Customer Experience and Construction to ensure seamless workflow transitions.
• Support the implementation and optimisation of workflow, scheduling and project management systems.
• Drive operational change initiatives and continuous improvement across the Queensland business.

Now were looking for a State Workflow Manager to join our QLD office in a 12 month fixed term position and play a key role in overseeing, developing, implementing, and continuously improving operational workflows across the Queensland business.

About The Role

Reporting to the National Workflow Manager and working closely with departmental leaders, this role focuses on driving operational excellence through process improvement, system utilisation, performance visibility, and consistent ways of working.

Develop, implement and continuously improve operational workflows across the Queensland business.

Identify process inefficiencies, bottlenecks and risks, and drive workflow optimisation initiatives.

Standardise processes and ensure workflow adherence across operational teams.

Monitor workflow performance, operational KPIs and key project milestones.

Analyse operational data and provide insights and recommendations to support business performance.

Support forecasting, capacity planning and resource allocation activities.

Oversee workflow progression from sales acceptance through to site start and construction handover.

Identify and mitigate risks impacting site commencement and operational delivery.

Collaborate with leaders across Sales, Drafting, Estimating, Permits, Customer Experience and Construction to ensure seamless workflow transitions.

Support the implementation and optimisation of workflow, scheduling and project management systems.

Drive operational change initiatives and continuous improvement across the Queensland business.

Act as a key operational resource for workflow management, issue resolution and stakeholder support.

About You

Proven experience in workflow management, operations management, or process improvement roles.

Experience within residential building, construction, property, or other project-based industries.

Strong understanding of residential construction operational workflows.

Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.

Experience developing and implementing operational processes, procedures, and workflow frameworks.

High proficiency with operational systems, reporting tools, and performance tracking.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while remaining calm under pressure.

Solutions-focused, commercially minded, and committed to continuous improvement.

Highly organised, proactive, collaborative, and accountable in your approach.
