Spotlight Retail Group in Adelaide seeks a State Team Leader for the Made to Measure department. You will bridge store operations with consultants and installers, driving sales skills and delivering an exemplary customer experience across multiple sites.

You are a current Sales, Territory, Area or Multisite Manager with experience leading diverse teams, including remote locations, in fast-paced retail environments. Strong training, communication and organizational skills are essential.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with M2M Consultants to maximise sales and repeat business.
• Deliver ongoing M2M product & sales training to store teams and M2M consultants.
• Manage consultant discounting to drive sales while maximising gross margin.
• Support management needs with underperforming stores.
• Maximise results of promotions by guiding the sales team.
• Ensure logistics and product delivery align with business expectations.
• Provide feedback to buying team on product availability.
• Support consultants’ development and understanding of M2M systems.
• Provide clear performance direction to consultants and facilitate teamwork.
• Recruit, support and oversee installation aspects of the business.

About the role:

As the State Team Leader within the Made to Measure department, you will be reporting directly to the M2M National Sales and Operations Manager and will be the bridge between our Store operations team, our Made to Measure Consultants and Installers.

You will be the people-driven, culture-building territory manager, who will deliver on developing your consultants' sales skills, build relationships within the further M2M and Retail Operations Team and achieve an exemplary customer experience throughout your territory.

• Collaborating with the M2M Consultants to implement customer service strategies to maximise sales and increase repeat business
• Deliver ongoing M2M product & sales training support to store teams and M2M consultants
• Manage consultant discounting to drive sales while maximising gross margin.
• Support management requirements with underperforming stores
• Maximise results of promotional activities by highlighting, educating and focussing the sales team to drive results
• Ensure logistics and product delivery is aligned with business expectations
• Provide feedback to buying team on product collection and availability
• Support consultant’s development and understanding of the M2M systems
• Provide clear performance direction to consultants and facilitate effective team work
• Recruit, support and oversee Installation aspects of the business
  

About You:

As a current Sales, Territory, Area or Multisite Manager, you will also have experience within the following:

• Ability to train and develop sales skills within a large and diverse team
• Experience managing expectations with various remote and regional locations
• Ability to work autonomously in a Multi-site environment
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Excellent planning and organisational skills
• Experience in fast paced, agile business environments
• Multi departmental relationship building skills as the bridge between sales and operations within the M2M business
• Experience with Consultative and in-home selling businesses is advantageous
