Job summary

Spotlight is seeking an in-home sales professional in Australia to deliver high-quality service and personalized product recommendations. You will work with leads from the national centre to expand your local customer base and drive sales across our craft, fabric and home interior range.

The role emphasizes consultative selling, KPI-driven performance, and proficiency with PC/Tablet tools. A valid driver's license and showroom experience are preferred as you represent Spotlight on weekends.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of sales experience.
• Retail or showroom experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• Pro-active mindset and ambition to succeed.
• Capacity to work every second Saturday.
• Consultative and in-home selling experience is advantageous.
• IT proficiency - PC/Tablet and MS Windows-based programs.

Responsibilities
