Job summary

Spotlight Retail Group in Adelaide is seeking a State Team Leader for the Made to Measure department. You will bridge Store operations, M2M Consultants and Installers, leading a people-driven, culture-building team across multiple sites to deliver outstanding customer experiences.

You will develop consultants' sales skills, support promotions and training, manage discounting to protect gross margin, and ensure logistics align with business expectations while driving growth across SRG's brands.

Qualifications

• Ability to train and develop sales skills within a large and diverse team.
• Experience managing expectations with various remote and regional locations.
• Ability to work autonomously in a multi-site environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Excellent planning and organisational skills.
• Experience in fast paced, agile business environments.
• Multi-department relationship building between sales and operations.
• Experience with consultative and in-home selling businesses is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with M2M Consultants to implement customer service strategies to maximise sales and repeat business.
• Deliver ongoing M2M product & sales training to store teams and consultants.
• Manage consultant discounting to drive sales while maximising gross margin.
• Support management requirements with underperforming stores.
• Maximise results of promotional activities by guiding the sales team.
• Ensure logistics and product delivery align with business expectations.
• Provide feedback to buying team on product collection and availability.
• Support consultant development and understanding of M2M systems.
• Provide clear performance direction to consultants and facilitate teamwork.
• Recruit, support and oversee installation aspects of the business.
