Job summary

Spotlight is seeking a dynamic sales professional for in‑home sales and service across Sydney. You’ll receive hot leads from a national service centre and grow your local customer base while delivering high‑level customer service and stakeholder management.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in sales, a pro‑active mindset, and a consultative in‑home selling background. IT proficiency with Windows devices is required.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of sales experience.
• Retail and/or showroom experience.
• Valid driver’s licence.
• Capacity to work every second Saturday.
• Pro‑active mindset and ambition to succeed.
• Consultative and in‑home selling experience is advantageous.
• IT proficiency - PC/Tablet and MS Windows‑based programs.

Responsibilities

• In-home sales and service.
• Hot sales leads provided by the national customer service centre.
