Job summary

Spotlight Retail Group is seeking a State Team Leader for the Made to Measure department in Australia. You will bridge between Store operations, M2M Consultants and Installers, driving sales skills, team development and customer experience across multiple sites.

This role focuses on leading consultants, managing discounting to maximise gross margins, and aligning logistics with business expectations, while supporting underperforming stores and driving promotional results.

Qualifications

• Experience training and developing sales skills within a large and diverse team.
• Experience managing expectations with remote and regional locations.
• Ability to work autonomously in a multi-site environment.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Excellent planning and organisational skills.
• Experience in fast paced, agile business environments.
• Multi departmental relationship building between sales and operations within the M2M business.
• Experience with consultative and in-home selling businesses is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Collaborating with the M2M Consultants to implement customer service strategies to maximise sales and increase repeat business
• Deliver ongoing M2M product & sales training support to store teams and M2M consultants
• Manage consultant discounting to drive sales while maximising gross margin.
• Support management requirements with underperforming stores
• Maximise results of promotional activities by highlighting, educating and focussing the sales team to drive results
• Ensure logistics and product delivery is aligned with business expectations
• Provide feedback to buying team on product collection and availability
• Support consultant’s development and understanding of the M2M systems
• Provide clear performance direction to consultants and facilitate effective team work
• Recruit, support and oversee Installation aspects of the business
