Job summary

Spotlight Retail Group (SRG) is seeking an in-home sales specialist in Armidale. You will handle hot sales leads and grow your local customer base while delivering high-level service.

The role offers a guaranteed retainer with commission, a company vehicle, tools of the trade, immersive product training, and generous staff discounts across all brands. Weekend Saturday shifts are required as part of a rotating roster.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer-service abilities.
• Retail/showroom experience preferred.
• In-home selling experience is advantageous.
• Valid driver’s licence is required.

• In-home sales and service
• Hot sales leads provided by the national customer service centre
• Ability to grow your customer base in your local area
• Provide high-level customer service and stakeholder management
• Expertly match our products and services to our customers’ needs
• Measure, record, and configure specifications accurately and efficiently
• Demonstrate your capacity to manage KPIs and manage workflows

The Ideal Candidate

• Valid driver's licence
• Excellent communication skills
• Retail and/or showroom experience
• 2-5 years of sales experience
• Pro-active mindset and ambition to succeed
• Capacity to work every second Saturday
• Consultative and in-home selling experience is advantageous
• IT proficiency - PC/Tablet and MS Windows-based programs
