Job summary

The Orchard Talent Group in Melbourne is seeking an Associate Director to lead Disability - Child Youth & Families, directing state-wide services, in-home supports, and complex community programs. You will report to the executive team and focus on performance, compliance, and stakeholder outcomes.

We value 7+ years in operational leadership within disability or community health, strong NDIS knowledge, and proven capability in managing large teams, budgets, and contractual commitments.

Qualifications

• At least 7 years’ experience in operational leadership within disability or community support environments.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the NDIS, funding models, and compliance frameworks.
• Proven record of leading and developing large, diverse teams through change.
• Strong financial, commercial, and contract management expertise.
• Advanced skills in analysis, decision-making, and project delivery.
• Highly developed communication skills with the ability to engage a broad range of stakeholders.
• A collaborative leadership style that prioritises culture, safety, and accountability.
