Job summary

Sport Integrity Australia seeks a State Integrity Manager for NT and NTSA, a dual role linking national and Territory integrity initiatives. You will engage PSBs, government agencies, and sport bodies to raise integrity awareness, implement national policies, and support education and policy development across NTSA.

You will collaborate with key partners, develop resources and deliver workshops, ensuring alignment with the Corporate Plan and safeguarding athlete wellbeing in a complex governance

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience with sport integrity initiatives, processes and complaint/reporting mechanisms.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills and track record in building relationships.
• Excellent oral and written communication abilities across diverse audiences.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities and drive change.
• Strategic thinking to align national and state integrity initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead stakeholder engagement with PSBs, government agencies and partners to strengthen sport integrity in the Northern Territory.
• Drive implementation of the National Integrity Framework and related standards.
• Act as integrity lead for NTSA, developing and embedding policies and education programs.
• Provide education and capability-building support to PSBs, NTSA and athletes/coaches.
• Coordinate with Sport Integrity Australia, NTSA and stakeholders to deliver education and resources.
• Represent the agency at forums and meetings, and contribute to organizational priorities.
• Provide leadership on emerging integrity issues and culture.
