Job summary

Sport Integrity Australia is seeking an Integrity Manager to lead engagement with state bodies and NSW Office of Sport, aligning national and state integrity initiatives. The role acts as a conduit between national and state partners to boost integrity capability across the sports system.

You will represent the agency at forums, develop resources, and advise on emerging issues while supporting governance and policy alignment across SSOs/SSODs in NSW.

Responsibilities

• Represent Sport Integrity Australia and promote alignment between national and state integrity priorities.
• Lead engagement with SSOs, SSODs, NSW Office of Sport and state-wide stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the Office of Sport NSW Sport Integrity Team.
• Drive adoption and implementation of the National Integrity Framework and Policy Standards.
• Support sporting organisations to strengthen integrity capability, governance and reporting.
• Deliver integrity education, awareness and stakeholder engagement initiatives.
• Participate in state integrity networks and collaborative forums.
• Build and maintain stakeholder relationships across the sport integrity system.
• Provide strategic advice on emerging integrity issues and organisational culture.
