Bailey Abbott Pty Ltd is seeking a State Director - Western Australia to steer growth, lead sales strategy, and build senior executive partnerships. You will own the P&L, guide a regional team, and translate market insights into new services and opportunities.

Reporting to the CEO, you will shape the WA market, secure new business, and represent Bailey Abbott at executive events, ensuring sustainable profitability and client value.

Qualifications

• A relevant tertiary qualification in business, commerce or a related field, or equivalent extensive senior sales leadership experience.
• Proven track record of leading sales teams to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
• Experience building trusted executive relationships and developing long-term strategic client partnerships.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen, with the ability to manage budgets and interpret performance data.
• Exceptional negotiation skills, including experience managing complex proposals and contracts.
• Ability to analyse market trends and translate insights into practical strategies.
• Understanding of SDLC principles in a strategic/advisory context.
• Excellent communication, influencing skills and collaborative leadership.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute Western Australia's growth and sales strategy, aligned with Bailey Abbott's national vision and objectives.
• Build trusted relationships with senior executives, growing client partnerships and securing new business opportunities.
• Lead the state's financial performance, taking ownership of P&L, budgets, forecasting and profitability.
• Lead and mentor the regional sales team, fostering accountability and commercial excellence.
• Identify emerging market opportunities and translate insights into new services and partnerships.
• Represent Bailey Abbott at executive forums, events and networking opportunities to raise profile.
• Lead strategic proposals and complex negotiations balancing client value with sustainable outcomes.
• Partner with State Consulting Director to align opportunities with delivery capacity and workforce planning.
• Provide strategic insights and reporting to the Executive Leadership Team and Board.
