Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience securing new accounts in Fire & Security.
• Track record selling high-value solutions to Industrial, Mining, and Oil & Gas clients.
• Expertise in prospecting, complex negotiation, and consultative selling.
• Deep understanding of Fire & Security requirements, compliance.
• Proficient in CRMs (Salesforce) and data-driven reporting.
• Strategic account planning using advanced sales methodologies.
• Ability to translate market insights into actionable strategy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with senior stakeholders.
• Proven ability to engage C-suite and operations teams.
