Job summary

Bailey Abbott Pty Ltd is seeking a State Director for Western Australia to drive growth, lead executive relationships and shape the company’s consulting presence across government and private sectors. This senior leader will own WA sales strategy, profitability, and client delivery while mentoring the local team and representing Bailey Abbott at key industry events.

Qualifications

• A relevant tertiary qualification in business, commerce or a related field, or equivalent senior sales leadership experience.
• Proven track record of leading sales teams to exceed revenue targets.
• Experience building trusted executive relationships and long-term client partnerships.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen with budgets and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Western Australia growth and sales strategy aligned with Bailey Abbott's national vision.
• Build trusted executive relationships with senior clients, growing partnerships and securing new business.
• Lead the state's financial performance, P&L, budgets and forecasting to drive profitability.
• Lead and mentor the regional sales team, fostering accountability and commercial excellence.
• Identify market opportunities and translate insights into new services and partnerships.
• Represent Bailey Abbott at executive forums and industry events to strengthen WA profile.
• Lead strategic proposals and complex negotiations balancing client value with sustainable outcomes.
• Partner with the State Consulting Director to align opportunities with capability and workforce planning.
