Are you an experienced Community Services, Home Care or Aged Care Operations Manager looking for an opportunity to lead service delivery, workforce performance and operational improvement?
We are partnering with an established aged care and community services provider seeking an experienced Community Manager to take ownership of the day-to-day operational coordination of its Community Services portfolio.
This is a key leadership position bringing together service delivery, rostering, workforce capacity, client onboarding, utilisation and operational performance to ensure clients receive reliable, high-quality services. Reporting to the Director of Community Services, you will lead operational teams while working closely with Care Partners, Support Workers, Finance, People & Culture and Quality & Compliance.
As Community Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring Community Services operates effectively day to day, with a strong focus on service continuity, workforce utilisation, operational performance and client experience. You will provide leadership across operational service delivery and act as a key escalation point, identifying service and workforce issues early and coordinating practical solutions.

We are looking for an experienced operational leader who understands the complexities of delivering services across aged care, home care, disability, community services, health or a similarly complex service environment. You will bring strong people leadership skills and be comfortable balancing workforce requirements, client needs, service capacity and operational performance.
